  • Daily Fulfillment Cutoff: All orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) Monday through Friday are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carriers the same business day.

  • Weekend and Holiday Shipping: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT on Friday, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

  • Verification Holds: To ensure billing security, orders with conflicting shipping and billing addresses may undergo manual review, which could cause a processing delay of up to 24 hours.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Methods

We ship exclusively within the United States from our distribution points. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the package and your destination ZIP code.

We offer the following shipping speeds through reliable domestic carriers (such as USPS and UPS):
