1. Cancellations

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. It must instead be treated under our standard return policy guidelines.

2. Returns & Sterility Constraints

  • Unopened Items Only: We only accept returns on items that are completely unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original, sealed factory packaging.
